Manisha partners with clients to execute strategic communications plans that achieve their goals, around legislation, issue awareness, fundraising or internal affairs. Her areas of focus include racial justice, interfaith collaboration and international human rights.
Prior to WEST, Manisha supported advocacy efforts for both non-profits and legislative offices at the state and federal level, working on issues such as faith-based advocacy, racial and gender equity, and public health.
Manisha holds a bachelor’s degree in government and politics, concentrating in international relations, from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a minor in sustainability studies. During her time at Maryland, she co-founded and led a women’s political organization that works to achieve gender parity in government. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
