Ella Rubinstein

Ella Rubinstein works closely with clients to develop strategic messaging and communications strategies that enable them to tell their stories, engage key audiences, and achieve their goals. At West End Strategy Team, Ella partners with faith-based and advocacy organizations advancing social justice, humanitarian issues, and community engagement.

Prior to WEST, Ella interned in the Office of Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-Illinois), the National Council of Jewish Women, and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Ella served on the American University Hillel executive board and led civic engagement campaigns across campus. She also previously interned at WEST.

Ella holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a specialization in public policy from American University. Originally from Chicago, Ella enjoys running, reading memoirs, and trying new restaurants in her free time.
