Sami Walley supports client teams in developing strategy and messaging that enables them to reach their goals, navigate complex situations, and build their public profiles. At West End Strategy Team, she works primarily with clients in the advocacy space and also supports the business development team.
Prior to joining WEST, Sami worked at strategic communications and public affairs firm Vision360 Partners. She rose through the ranks from intern to associate to senior associate, working with Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Previously, Sami interned with nonprofits in the gun violence prevention space, Jewish advocacy groups, and for the office of Representative Ted Lieu (D-California).
Sami holds a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University in international affairs with a focus in conflict resolution and art history. Originally from Southern California, Sami now lives in Washington, D.C., and enjoys volunteering at the National Gallery of Art and spending time with family in Old Town Alexandria.
