Shannon leads WEST’s Chicago team and oversees our messaging development and strategic communications planning work. She is also one of our leading crisis communications experts.

Samantha leads West End Strategy Team’s new business development, building off of her experience leading strategic communications campaigns on behalf of advocacy nonprofits and foundations, professional services organizations, and public sector entities. She was one of WEST’s original team members, launched its New York office in 2015, and returned to the Washington office in 2019.
